A Gay Sonnet - A Piece by Patch Patcha

An Ode To His Beauty

His beautiful hair flowing in the air

Soft to the touch, just like bundles of silk

Such talent, and performed too with such flair

“If he were sad, oh how I would be filled with guilt”

“Oh my love, you make me feel oh so free,

With you, we can spend time in the bright sun”

If he could, he would gift him gold rings three

“Together, we could be having such fun”

“I think about your beauty all the time

Your smile, shining at me oh so white

A Thought of you comes to mind as I rhyme

Makes my heart feel like it's tied to a kite

Making you laugh makes me feel very bright.

Your presence compels my heart to take flight”
